 Happy 3rd Birthday/Angelversary, my precious daughter. I love you so very much! I cannot believe that 3 years have passed since I saw your perfect and beautiful face, your blonde hair, and cute little nose. I cannot believe that it has been 3 years since I have held you in my arms. I will never forget that moment. I will never forget how you smelled. I will never forget all the kisses I gave you, and how I just ached for you to open your eyes. You looked so perfect, beautiful and peaceful.There isnt a day that goes by that my arms don't ache to hold you. There isnt a second that passes that you aren't in my thoughts, and there isn't a minute that goes by that I don't miss you and wish you were here. I love you so much. Happy birthday Ava! I cannot believe it has been 2 years since we lost you. I dont know where the time has gone. I think about you every day, sweetheart. I would do anything to have you here with me. There isn't a time that passes when I see a little blonde girl about 2 years old, and dont think about what you would look like today. You had the most precious  little blonde hairs on your head. You had such long beautiful legs. I know you would have been absolutely beautiful. Your cousin Jake is getting so big. He just started walking a few weeks ago. I plan on telling him all about you- his cousin Ava. You also have another cousin coming in July...a girl. And...your Uncle Rob and Aunt Heidi are having their first baby in November. I plan on telling both of them all about you too! I wish you were here to play with your cousins. It breaks my heart that they will never know you, just know OF you. We will be sending balloons up to you today, princess. Please enjoy them, play with them, and read all the love and messages that will be written on them. My Precious Ava Lynn,
   Let me start by saying how much I miss you and how often you are on my mind. You are forever in my thoughts. I still wish and want you here everyday, however it is getting easier for me to realize that you are in a better place. I just have to stop being selfish. I thank God everyday for bringing you into my life.  You have put love in so many hearts. You have touched so many people. You have also brought so many new friends into my life...people I would have never ever met had you not come into my life. You have helped me weed out the people who were not true friends, and bring me to new people who would do anything for me. I smile when I think back to feeling you move and kick inside my belly. I smile when I think of holding you in my arms(even though I was crying, I was never so proud). Now, you always seem to be able to bring a smile to my face. You mean the world to me. I know one day I will be able to see your perfect, petite little face again and hold you in my arms once more. 
   Today I went to my first baby shower since you have left me. It was for Ayentl (from my infant loss support group). I know you are playing in Heaven with her angel Roland. Ayentl is one of the many special people you have brought into my life. She has helped me so much. Ayentl is having her new baby on Aug 17th. I am so happy for her. I made it through her baby shower wonderfully. I have come a long way over the last year or so. Thank you for helping me be a stronger person. You have shown me that although I may be scared or worried, I can conquer and make it through anything.
   As you know, I am also leaving for New York on Thursday. I am taking a short trip to go visit Jennifer (Isabella Rose's Mommy). She will be having a hard time, as August 3rd is Isabella's 1st birthday/Angelversary. I value Jennifer as a friend and want to be there to support her in person during this emotional day. Jennifer came to visit me in between your 1st birthday/Angelversary and my 32nd birthday. Jenn and I were so happy to meet in person, and we shared many laughs and many tears as we talked about our sweet angels. We both love our little girls so much and miss you guys. So, I am again thankful to you for bringing Jennifer into my life.  Without her, I would not still be here right now. There were many times I just wanted to end my life to be with you and see you again. I now realize that day will come, but I need to let it happen naturally. 
   Well, sweetheart, that is what is new in Mommy's life. I wanted to just sit and have some girl talk with you and catch up. As you know, I walk out to your garden (which is beautiful and full of flowers and butterflies), and chat with you often, but it is nice to be able to type my thoughts out as well. Let me end by telling you that I miss you,  and love you like crazy. Please know that whatever life hands to me or where ever life may take me, that you will always be with my in my thoughts and forever in my heart. I love you, my sweet baby girl. You have shown me what perfection looks like.
